  • Your name and email address when you subscribe to our list, register for a class or webinar, or download a free resource

  • Your name, email, shipping address, and order details when you purchase from our shop

  • Any information you include when you contact us directly

Information collected automatically:

  • Standard analytics data such as pages visited, time on site, referring website, browser type, and general location, collected through Squarespace's built-in analytics and cookies

Payment information: Purchases are processed by our payment providers. We do not receive or store your full card number.

Lead forms on social platforms: If you submit your information through a form on Facebook or Instagram, we receive the name and email you provide. That submission is also governed by Meta's own privacy policy.

How we use your information

  • To deliver what you asked for — a resource, a class link, a replay, or an order

  • To send emails about our classes, events, products, and related content

  • To understand which content and pages are useful, so we can improve them

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We share information only with service providers who help us operate, and only as needed to do so. These include our website and email platform (Squarespace), our payment processors, our webinar platform (Zoom), and advertising platforms (Meta) when you engage with our ads. Each processes your information under its own privacy terms.

Email and your choices

Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link, and you can use it at any time. You may also email us to unsubscribe, or to request a copy of the personal information we hold, correct it, or have it deleted. We honor these requests regardless of where you live.

A note about health information

Our content, journals, trackers, and classes are educational. They are not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and we are not a healthcare provider. Anything you record in a symptom tracker or journal stays with you — we do not collect it, and we have no access to it. Please consult a qualified healthcare professional about your health, symptoms, and treatment options.

Data retention

We keep your information for as long as you remain subscribed or have an active relationship with us, and afterward only as long as needed for legal, tax, or record-keeping purposes.

Children

This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
